Happy Valentine's Day to all my fellow deviants! I've spent past few weeks working on my new website which is now live.  The new web address is www.blairparkinson.com so if you haven't had a look already, I'd love you to check it out. I am now also selling prints directly from my new website, but any art I have on here already that is available as a print will still be available from deviantART. I'll still be known as LivingHorus around here and other places on the web, just felt the need to branch out. Here's to wishing 2014 is all you hoped it would be so far.

...on my current project based on Richard Wagner's 'Der Ring des Nibelungen'.  It's been a fun ride so far and the reason for not being around here as much. I have so much work to upload that I'll eventually get around to it.  In the meantime, in honour of Wagner's 200th anniversary on Wednesday I posted this video on YouTube. I'm rather tired of the trolls around here who take the time to actively look for content they find not to their taste and report them.  It's happened to me again, and I've been noticing a rise in the negative comments on other artists I and friends with and watch around here.  Another image of mine got taken down due to one complaint. These small minded muppets persist in enforcing their narrow views on the rest of us under the pretext that their beliefs are more important than those of others.  Whatever happened to artistic expression and freedom of speech? "Why don't you think of the children?" I hear them say?  Well if you have children
